The IEEE PES T&D Conference and Exposition is coming to Anaheim, 6-9 May 2024 and power and energy industry professionals from across the world are invited to submit to become a Content Supporter and present innovative ideas, research and development, application experience, and expertise on one of our three show floor technical stages. Submission details and links to submit are below.

Stage Presentation Guidelines

At IEEE PES T&D 2024, we are continuing the opportunity for organizations to become Technical Program Content Supporters, enabling them to share their innovations, knowledge, and best practices with event attendees through presentations on technical stages across the show floor, see descriptions below. A session can be up to 45 minutes and there is a limited number of opportunities available per stage so the selected presentations will be highly regarded. If your submission is accepted, a $5,000 supporter fee will be assessed unless the IEEE PES T&D Technical Program Committee chooses to waive this fee. Presenting organizations will also be highlighted and thanked for contributing to the Technical Program in advance event promotions, listed in the final program and featured on on-site signage.


Stage presentations must be submitted by 23 February 2024 by 12:00 PM EST to the MIRA submission site.


The technical committee will be looking for presentations by companies that can showcase the following:            

  • Innovative ideas, practices or products for practical application that will be of interest to the broad base of the attendees.  
  • The latest developments and advancements in the field of Renewable Energy.
  • Cutting-edge advancements and innovative solutions at the intersection of power systems and edge technologies.

We encourage the submissions of topics including but not limited to the following areas:

  • Specific industry use cases
  • Best practices
  • Industry trends
  • Emerging technology
  • Disruptive technology

Presentation Guidelines

  • No utility specific confidential information
  • No competitor targeting
  • No active marketing
  • No product demonstration
  • No goodies/gifts
  • Submissions will be limited to a maximum of five (5) pages.

Innovation Stage:

IEEE PES T&D is the place to go for a wide breadth of new solutions that will deliver the promise of a reliable, safe, and affordable energy to Accelerate the Grid of Tomorrow. This is the one event attended by all of top global decision-makers providing a not-to-be-missed opportunity to showcase your innovations. Come engage with industry professionals and companies while they share their newest innovations, insights, best practices and practical applications.  Conveniently located on the show floor, the Innovation Stage provides a unique forum to:

  • Debut state-of-the-art technologies
  • Discuss practical new product applications
  • Engage with the greater attendee audience as you offer insights into emerging trends and share valuable best practices

Renewable Energy Stage

The Renewable Energy Stage at the IEEE PES T&D Conference in 2024 is set to be a vibrant platform for exploring the latest developments and advancements in the field of renewable energy. This stage aims to showcase the transformative potential of renewable energy sources and their integration into existing power grid. Attendees can look forward to engaging sessions featuring renowned experts, industry leaders, and researchers who will share their insights and experiences in developing, deploying, managing, and optimizing renewable energy solutions. With the pressing need for clean energy alternatives, the IEEE PES T&D conference aims to propel the renewable energy industry forward and contribute to the global transition towards a greener and more sustainable future.

Grid Edge Technologies Stage

The Grid Edge Technologies Stage at the IEEE PES T&D Conference in 2024 promises to be a captivating forum for industry professionals and researchers alike. This stage is dedicated to speakers and panelists exploring the cutting-edge advancements and innovative solutions at the intersection of power systems and edge technologies. Attendees can expect insightful featured keynote speakers, engaging panel discussions, and a glance at showcasing the IEEE-PES Grid Edge Technologies Conference and Exposition that PES runs every other year.

Through keynote and panels on this stage, we will explore critical topics impacting the grid edge, including DERs, connected utilities and infrastructure, policies, e-mobility and charging infrastructure, smart cities, cyber security, and more.
