Written cancellation will only be accepted until 5 April 2024 for a full refund, less a $35 cancellation fee. Please contact the customer service center at IEEE@xpressreg.net or call 1-508-743-8573. Note: No refunds for One-Day Exhibits registrations, individual Utility Saver registrations, or Opening Reception tickets. Technical Tour refunds will only be issued if the tour is canceled due to poor weather conditions.

IEEE T&D PES is strictly an in person event. Submitted Panel Session presentations will be available in IEEE PES Resource Center https://resourcecenter.ieee-pes.org/ after the conference.

You will receive a confirmation email after registering for the conference. Please scroll down to the section titled Registration Resource Center and click on the link to access your registration portal where you’ll find the visa letter. Note: You must register with an address outside of the U.S. in order to obtain the visa letter.

Please make sure you’re using the same email and password on file with IEEE Membership. Should you have further issues please contact the registration customer service center at IEEE@xpressreg.net or call 1-508-743-8573. Note: IEEE, IEEE PES and Student members must provide membership number in order to receive member rates.

Click here to register! Technical tours will take place throughout the week of T&D and must be purchased in conjunction with a conference registration. Tours typically sell out quickly and a waitlist will go into effect, if needed.

Spouses/Companions may attend, but must register at the prevailing attendee registration rates. Alternatively, registered attendees have the option of purchasing additional tickets for companions to attend the Opening Reception on 6 May 2024.

Children under 16 years old are not permitted in the exhibit hall or conference session rooms.

No badges will be mailed. Please bring your confirmation and your badge will be issued from registration located on the lobby level of the Anaheim Convention Center:

Held once every two years, IEEE PES T&D attracts attendees from around the world, including executives and decision-makers from electric utilities, engineering consulting firms, power producers, energy manufacturers, IT and software solution providers, and more. Although not a requirement, many attendees are members of the IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES), which provides a discount for attendance.
