UTILITY SAVER PACKAGE
In order to provide utilities with more opportunity to experience the 2024 IEEE PES T&D Conference and Exposition as a team, an exclusive T&D Utility Saver package will be offered. This package will allow you to send 10 utility employees with full conference registration for only $1,000, or 5 utility employees for $750, an enormous discount compared with the cost of traditional registration.
The packages are based on groups of 5 or 10, allowing different departments and teams within a utility to participate on their own. There is no limit on the number of packages a utility can purchase.

Registration Policies
- We will not be accepting cash payments onsite. If you plan to add education later, please bring a credit card.
- Written cancellation will only be accepted until 5 April 2024 for a full refund, less a $35 cancellation fee.
- Technical Tour refunds will be given only if the tour is cancelled due to poor weather conditions. Refunds will be issued after the Conference.
- IEEE, IEEE PES and Student members must provide membership number in order to receive member rates.
- A $65 processing fee may be incurred for lost or stolen badge replacements, substitutions and/or cancellations.
- IEEE, IEEE PES and Student members must provide membership number in order to receive member rates.
- Children under 16 years old are not permitted in the exhibit hall or conference session rooms.
- No attendee badges will be mailed. Simply bring your confirmation email and the badge will be issued starting on Sunday 5 May 2024 at 12pm in Lobby B of the Anaheim Convention Center.
