media registration

If you are a qualified member of the media, we are happy to provide you with complimentary registration for the 2024 event in Anaheim in exchange for coverage.

IEEE PES requires that we review recent articles you have published or posted online relating to the electric energy industry prior to issuing a complimentary media badge. To register, you must first complete the Press Credential Application form including your publication name, issue date and link to the relevant article/posting. If your article is published in the Power & Energy magazine and/or references the upcoming event it would certainly put you on the fast-track for approval. Once our committee has verified your submission, you will receive an email confirming your complimentary registration. If you do not qualify as press after vetting, standard registration rates will apply.

Your media pass will provide you access to all sessions, events, and the exhibit hall during show hours. Please note there will not be a dedicated press room.

Further, we request within 6 weeks after the event you will agree to print or post online your coverage of the event. Please email tdgeneral@ieee.org with a link to the article or online posting with the understanding that we may quote your article for our future show marketing efforts.
