Promote Your Presence at IEEE PES T&D!

Whether you’re an exhibitor, speaker, media partner, sponsor, or attendee, we invite you to use the official 2026 IEEE PES T&D marketing assets below to promote your participation and maximize your exposure before, during, and after the event.

Please note: Use of IEEE PES T&D logos and materials is restricted to participating organizations. By using any of the assets provided below, you agree to comply with the IEEE PES T&D Logo Usage & Linking Guidelines outlined on this page.

Usage Guidelines & Legal Requirements

Logo Usage

Organizations using IEEE PES T&D logos agree to the following terms:

  • Logos must remain unaltered and used as stand-alone elements.
  • Logos may be resized proportionally but must maintain aspect ratio.
  • Logos may not be smaller than 1 inch in height or width (whichever is greater) for print use.
  • A clear space buffer must be maintained around the logo (¼ inch on sides and bottom; ⅛ inch on top).
  • Do not overlay text or graphics on top of logos.
  • Logos may not imply IEEE endorsement or partnership unless officially designated.
  • Watermark use is permitted if guidelines are followed.
  • Usage must comply with all applicable copyright and trademark laws.
  • Logos on web pages must link to www.ieeet-d.org.
  • Hyperlinks must reference “IEEE PES T&D” or the event’s URL.
  • No iframes, redirects, or masking of IEEE PES T&D content.
  • Logo must appear near relevant IEEE PES T&D mentions and never be the most prominent branding on your materials.

The following entities are permitted to use logos:

  • IEEE member organizations and affiliates
  • Registered exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and media partners of IEEE PES T&D 2026
  • Academic, government, or nonprofit institutions promoting participation in IEEE PES T&D

 

If your organization is not officially affiliated with the 2026 event, you may not use the event logo or branding.
