IEEE PES T&D is the leading event for global power and energy professionals. Attendees include utility executives, engineers, policymakers, consultants, manufacturers, and IT providers. Many are IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) members, though membership is not required to attend.
Yes. Attendees must be 16 years or older. Infants and small children are not permitted, and childcare is not provided.
Guests must register at the standard attendee rate. Alternatively, attendees can purchase individual tickets for the Opening Reception. Learn more.

Yes. Registration will open in November 2025. To make changes after registering, you may log back into the registration platform or contact customer service (contact information will be provided on the registration site).
Written cancellation will only be accepted until 3 April 2025 for a full refund, less a $35 cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued after the conference.
No refunds for One-Day Exhibits registrations, individual Utility Saver registrations, or Opening Reception tickets.
Join IEEE before registering to access discounted rates. Use the same email linked to your IEEE membership and provide your member number during registration.

After you have registered and paid, you will receive your visa letter.
Receipts are available in your registration portal. Access it through the “Registration Resource Center” link in your confirmation email.

Only Panel Session presentations (if submitted) will be available via the IEEE PES Resource Center after the conference.
Yes, you need to register at a minimum for (1) full day.
Once open, technical tours must be purchased in the registration portal. Note that tours have limited capacity and may sell out.
