Please Note:

  • A maximum 200-word abstract for the poster contest must be submitted for consideration of Student Housing Support.
  • If a student has a regular T&D conference paper, they may submit its abstract to the Student Poster Contest.
  • Students selected for housing support will be placed in a double-occupancy room with a roommate of the same gender, randomly selected from the other awardees. No requests for single occupancy will be permitted. Students may not bring any guests into the room, and we cannot accommodate requests for family members.
  • Participation in the Student Poster Contest is required to receive Student Housing Support. Students who accept housing support but do not attend the poster contest may be prohibited from receiving housing support at future PES-sponsored events such as the IEEE PES General Meeting, IEEE PES Grid Edge Conference & Expo, and IEEE PES Transmission & Distribution Conference & Expo events.
