Please be advised that IEEE PES T&D does not sell or share attendee contact lists. Any solicitation offering access to attendee lists or special hotel deals—unless it originates from an official vendor—is unauthorized and should be considered fraudulent.
You may receive emails from companies claiming to sell attendee lists or contact databases for IEEE PES T&D. These are scams.
IEEE PES T&D does not sell lists, and the official registration system provides list access only to verified exhibitors through secure portals.
Only Connections Housing is authorized to manage hotel reservations for 2026 IEEE PES T&D.
Scammers may offer fake discounts or request deposits to secure hotel rooms. These offers are not legitimate and could result in financial loss, false bookings, or hotel displacement.
Never provide credit card or personal information to unauthorized housing providers.
Some companies pose as official vendors and offer paid directory listings or promotional opportunities. IEEE PES T&D has no affiliation with these organizations unless explicitly listed as an official vendor.
As of April 2024, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) enforces new rules to address impersonation scams, including AI-generated voice and email fraud.
