These rooms are located in the Exhibit Hall (specific location subject to change) at McCormick Place and provide a convenient, professional setting for client meetings, product demos, or team discussions—without ever leaving the show floor.
What's Included
All meeting suites are sold in 100 SF increments and include:
(1) 8’ high x 10’ x 10’ enclosed room with a single locking door
(1) 42” conference table
(4) chairs
Carpet (standard)
(1) 5 AMP electrical outlet
(2) 1M x 8′ Graphic panel (left and right of door).
Companies will have an exhibit listing associated with each Meeting Suite. Company logo, description, street address, website, and product categories will be included on the online floor plan and in the mobile app.
Note: Rooms have high hard walls but are not fully enclosed (no ceiling); some sound transfer may occur.
