Exhibitor Manual

Budgeting for a trade show can be difficult. According to industry averages you can plan on the following generalizations:

  • Booth Space Fees 30%
  • Show Services* 19%
  • Exhibit Design 10%
  • Shipping & Drayage 10%
  • Promotions 5%
  • Booth Staff & Travel** 20%
  • Miscellaneous 5%

No hard wall structures, furniture, carpet or electricity are included in your space. The full exhibitor manual will be available online in late 2021. To assist you with budgeting for the event, we have included a list of commonly ordered items and costs. Please note all pricing is based on orders placed by the discount deadline. The discount deadline is March 21, 2022.

Packages

Freeman is offering Exhibitor Value Packages designed to help deliver a better product to you at a reduced overall price.  It decreases the cost to exhibit and maximizes ROI.  These packages and additional items can be ordered this fall to meet individual needs and can enhance company branding and identity.  Beginning in November 2021 you can contact Freeman to learn more about the Value Packages! Freeman also has the capabilities to design a custom booth developed to meet your specific goals and requirements. You may choose a custom designed booth or to save money you may choose to rent a standard or deluxe hardwall unit. For custom booth designs contact [email protected].

Labor Rates

Labor is taxable. Tax rate is 2%.

  • Straight Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
  • Over Time: 5:00 pm to 8:00 am Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday
  • Double Time: Holidays
