Technical Program

The IEEE PES T&D Conference & Exposition delivers practical, solution-oriented training on key trends impacting the industry, including case studies and lessons learned through a dynamic and robust series of super sessions, panel discussions, poster presentations, tutorials, and more.

The 2024 Technical Program will explore how the industry can take advantage of the new funding and technology that is now available to accelerate the modernization of the grid and make sustainable energy a reality. Featuring conversations around the electrification of infrastructure, the integration and operation of renewables, recent climate disruptions, along with a multitude of additional trends impacting the industry today, this is where you need to be to unlock the future grid.

Registered attendees can access the Proceedings Online: Click here for the Proceedings

Login using your email as the login (the email address you used when registering for the conference) and use your registration (badge) number as your password.

Download Instructions:

  1. From the On-line Proceedings Home Page, click on the “Download Proceedings” button.
  2. Uncompress or extract the “”  file to a folder on your computer or to a USB drive.
  3. The PDFs of all of the conference papers will be in the “PDF FILES” folder

IEEE PES PLAIN TALK About The Electric Power Industry

The IEEE PES Plain Talk courses are for the power industry professionals who do not have an engineering background. Attendees will come away with an increased understanding of the technical aspects of the electric power system by being provided with practical knowledge that can be applied in their day-to-day operations.

A diverse and exciting lineup of offsite Technical Tours gives participants the opportunity to tour and learn more about industry-related sites and products.
